What you will do?

  • Deliver exceptional support by resolving user issues efficiently and
empathetically.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues in collaboration with
engineering teams.
  • Identify recurring user concerns and share actionable insights.
  • Keep documentation up to date and help improve support
automation.
  • Represent the user's voice to ensure feedback drives product
improvements.

What we are looking for?

  • Recent graduate or final-year students in Engineering, BSc, BCA
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end
frameworks
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies and databases.
  • Good problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
