The role

The primary role is to lead cross-functional teams engaged in building AI applications using our proven methodologies, modern engineering practices, and emerging technologies. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Expertise and experience

● Minimum of 8 years of software development experience with 5+ years focusing on AI/ML applications in production environments

● Proven track record of delivering software solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.

● Strong background in AI technologies, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, and the software development lifecycle.

● Experience leading multidisciplinary teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software developers, UI/ UX leads, etc).

● Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or similar project management methodologies.

● Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and implement new AI-driven business solutions.

Intellectual Capability

● Expert in software development, including the deployment of contemporary AI based software dev supporting technology

● Strong technical understanding of AI/ML algorithms, solution architecture, and data engineering.

● Ability to balance technical feasibility with business priorities and resource constraints.

● Analytical mindset with expertise in data-driven decision-making, risk management, and problem-solving.

● Skilled in evaluating new AI software technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to ensure best-fit solutions
