AI Solution Consultant /AI Solution Manager

Experience: 4+ for Consultant

Experience: 7+ for Manager

Job Location: Noida

Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

Solution Delivery
: Own complete AI solution delivery from requirements gathering through validation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility
Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strategic client relationships, independently managing stakeholder expectations and serving as trusted advisor on AI transformation
Use Case Development
: Lead identification, prioritization, and validation of AI opportunities through data exploration, experimentation, and Proof of Concept delivery
Business Development
: Actively contribute to pipeline generation through relationship management, opportunity identification, and support for proposal development
Team Development
: Mentor and develop junior consultants through formal coaching relationships, knowledge sharing, and collaborative project work
Methodology Enhancement
: Contribute to practice improvement through methodology refinement, tool development, and lessons learned documentation

Preferred candidate profile

5+ years in AI consulting, business analysis, or client-facing technology roles
Demonstrated track record of successful AI project delivery, client relationship management, and stakeholder facilitation
Experience progressing from workstream ownership to full project management with increasing complexity and autonomy
