Google Sheet Automation & MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop

  custom Google Sheetsbased tools

  , trackers, and MIS systems for internal operations
• Build and optimize

  advanced Google Sheets formulas

  (ARRAYFORMULA, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, dynamic dashboards, validations, etc.)
• Develop and maintain

  Google Apps Script automations

  (triggers, workflows, notifications, data syncing, approvals)
• Create and manage

  MIS reports and dashboards

  using Google Sheets and Looker Studio for real-time visibility
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in existing Sheets, scripts, and automation workflows
• Enhance and scale existing automation tools based on evolving business requirements
• Perform

  data cleaning, validation, and standardization

  to ensure reporting accuracy
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting and process requirements and convert them into functional tools
• Maintain clear documentation for all trackers, automations, dashboards, and workflows
• Identify repetitive manual activities and propose

  automation improvements

  using Google Workspace tools

Required Skills & Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in

  MIS, reporting, or process automation

  , primarily using Google Sheets
• Strong proficiency in

  Google Sheets formulas and functions

• Hands-on experience with

  Google Apps Script

  for automation
• Experience building

  MIS dashboards and management reports

• Strong analytical and logical thinking abilities
• Ability to independently troubleshoot and optimize Sheets-based systems
• Good communication skills to work with non-technical stakeholders

Education

• Any undergraduate degree
