Job Description

Role: Senior Data Engineer (AWS)

Mandatory Skills:

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end data pipelines on AWS
Build and maintain data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse solutions
Develop scalable data models for analytics and reporting
Ensure data quality, governance, security, and compliance (GDPR, CISO)
Lead cloud data platform transformations and large-scale implementations
Collaborate with business, product, and analytics teams on data requirements
Implement CI/CD, automation, and cost-optimized data solutions
Mentor junior engineers and set engineering best practices
Communicate data solutions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in AWS data engineering
Expertise in modern data architectures (Data Lake, Warehouse, Lakehouse, Data Mesh)
Experience leading and delivering large-scale cloud data solutions
Agile delivery experience (Scrum/Kanban)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
