Raven is a YC-backed startup building AI assistants for manufacturing plants. We’re combining decades of industrial know-how with modern AI to help teams make faster, safer decisions from unified operational data. We’re a small, focused team in Bangalore, backed by top investors, and we move quickly from idea → real-world impact.

Hands-on applied AI internship focused on model evaluation and fine-tuning across vision/OCR/LLMs, with a path to turning promising results into production-ready components.

• Run experiments with open-source and commercial models (vision, OCR, LLMs).
• Fine-tune on custom datasets; build and run benchmarks (accuracy, latency, footprint).
• Prototype workflows that combine perception (text, layout, symbols) with reasoning (graphs, classifications).
• Document methods/results; collaborate with engineers to integrate into product.

• Strong Python; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Prior exposure to training/fine-tuning ML models (projects or internships).
• Clear, structured communication; comfort with messy, real-world data.

• 3–6 months
