About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and driven AI Product Owner to define and champion the vision for our innovative AI products within the financial services domain. This role demands a deep understanding of the financial industry, a strong grasp of AI capabilities, and a proven ability to translate market needs into successful product strategies. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to bring cutting-edge AI solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy:

  Define and articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap for AI solutions within financial services. Awareness of the competitive landscapes, and identify opportunities to leverage AI to create innovative products.

• Product Backlog Management:

  Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it aligns with the product vision and business objectives. Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other product documentation.

• Stakeholder Collaboration:

  Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on product development priorities.

• Product Performance Monitoring:

  Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Analyse user feedback and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality

• Competitive Analysis:

  Stay abreast of competitive offerings and market trends in the AI space. Identify opportunities to differentiate our products and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in financial services as a Product, with understanding of areas like Custody, Fund Servicing, ETF Servicing, Transfer Agency, FX, Securities Lending, or Middle Office.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts and technologies, and their application in financial services.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products, preferably in the technology space.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment, managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with digital transformation and enterprise solutions.
• Strong negotiation skills and an ability to explain complex technical matters to non-technical teams.
