Description
As an AI Product Owner at EG, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and growth of our innovative AI assistance application designed for service and support teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and communicating the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI assistance app. - Gathering and prioritizing requirements from stakeholders, customers, and support teams. - Acting as the bridge between technical teams (Data Scientists, Developers) and business stakeholders. - Managing product backlog, creating user stories, and ensuring clarity for development teams. - Leading an international AI team (application developers, data scientists, ML Ops engineers) in executing the product roadmap. - Actively participating in SCRUM ceremonies, including backlog refinement (leading) and Sprint review meetings. - Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions involving AWS LLMs. - Monitoring ongoing product performance, gathering user feedback, and prioritizing enhancements. - Coordinating the development, testing, and deployment of new AI features, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Working closely with product owners, developers, and IT operations to ensure smooth integration and adoption of solutions. - Staying informed about emerging AI and LLM developments to incorporate new capabilities into the product. - Facilitating communication across teams and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and strategic direction. - Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, quality standards, and security requirements. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role, preferably within AI, SaaS, or support solutions. - Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly large language models and LLM-based products like chat bots or virtual assistants. - Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum). - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills. - Ability to translate technical capabilities into user-friendly features. - Experience working with AWS services related to LLMs. - Background in customer support, ServiceDesk, or related fields. - Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS. - Technical background or experience working with Data Scientists and engineers.
