Ai Product Manager

Were on the hunt for a Product Manager who is passionate about shaping the future of Agentic AI solutions. You will be driving the product vision and defining the roadmap for our intelligent AI Agents that autonomously reason, plan and execute tasks to transform both customer support experiences and internal support team productivity. You will own the roadmap for agents that directly interact with end users, drive deflection and resolution efficiency, and set new benchmarks for AI-driven customer engagement across industries.

You should have :

• 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in AI/ML or enterprise SaaS domainsProven ability to design and launch customer-facing AI or SaaS products at scale
• Exposure to GenAI-driven chatbots or customer experience automation productsAbility to turn complex support workflows into clear product requirements for AI agents and Agentic AI solutions
• Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in Agentic AI platforms, LLMs, RAG architectures, and conversational AI ecosystems (LangChain, CrewAI, OpenAI, etc)
• Expertise in customer support ecosystems such as Salesforce, Zendesk, ServiceNow or Freshdesk is a plus
• Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals like LLMs, RAG, conversational AI, workflow automation, prompt engineering and reasoning/planning agents
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage customers, prospects and internal stakeholders
• Data-driven decision-making mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement
• Strong collaboration skills across sales, engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams

Roles & Responsibilities

• As our Product Manager, you will : Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for Agentic AI solutions that simplify customer journeys and empower support agents with intelligent, autonomous workflows on the SearchUnify platformCollaborate with engineering, data science and design teams to build intuitive support experiencesDrive innovation in conversational intelligence, self-service automation, and proactive support capabilities
• Define agent success metrics such as deflection rate, resolution accuracy, latency, and proactive intervention ratePartner closely with enterprise customers and prospects to gather feedback, validate hypotheses and prioritize features that enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
• Translate complex technical capabilities (LLM orchestration, RAG pipelines, case summarization, knowledge linking) into actionable features that solve real customer pain pointsAlign product initiatives with compliance, security, and policy standards including GDPR and SOC2Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to enable customer demos, success stories, and go-to-market narrativesMonitor performance analytics and continuously optimize agent workflows for adaptability, accuracy, and human-AI synergyAnalyze markets and competitors, and collaborate with clients and internal teams to uncover new use cases and enhance existing onesConduct and coordinate
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate feature functionality and ensure alignment with requirementsManage sprints and participate in Agile Scrum (eg Daily scrum, Sprint planning, backlog grooming, Sprint retro etc) to ensure on-time product delivery
• Stay ahead of AI trends, NLP advancements and Agentic AI developments to ensure our offerings remain market-leadingSupport marketing and sales teams with product positioning, demos and value proposition narratives
