Job Opportunity: Product Manager IVD Solutions (NGS Focus)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to manage the product life cycle of our In Vitro

Diagnostics (IVD) solutions portfolio, including NGS clinical assays, POC devices, and Extraction

Kits. The role requires strategic planning, execution of go-to-market strategies, and close

collaboration with customers, sales teams, and channels to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete product life cycle for the IVD solutions portfolio with a key focus on NGS.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, ensuring strong brand positioning and customer

segmentation.

• Collaborate with sales teams for customer profiling and acquisition/retention strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders in the molecular diagnostics and

genomics ecosystem.

• Design and implement innovative marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Develop and implement pricing strategies and conduct margin analysis to ensure profitability.
• Support field teams by improving sales conversion cycles and enabling knowledge-sharing

platforms.

• Plan and execute marketing programs and customer engagement activities.
• Coordinate with the supply chain for rolling forecasts and inventory management.
• Support lead-management initiatives and conduct market mapping.
• Deliver product training, technical content, and digital resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post-Graduate with BGCI certification.
• 35 years of experience in product management in IVD/Healthcare/Molecular Diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of NGS technologies, brand positioning, and marketing strategy.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
