Job Description

As an AI Practitioner Industrial Relations at People Tech Group, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing AI-driven systems to enhance employee relations, labor compliance, workforce insights, and organizational decision-making. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing an AI roadmap customized for Industrial Relations and workforce governance. - Implementing predictive models to forecast grievances, attrition, engagement drops, labor risks, and compliance gaps. - Building AI-driven dashboards for real-time insights on workforce sentiment, employee pulse, and escalations. - Using NLP, computer vision, and ML models to analyze employee feedback, grievance logs, performance reports, and workplace communications. - Identifying root causes of conflicts, recurring issues, and risk-prone business units. - Providing data-backed recommendations during union discussions, audits, investigations, and policy revisions. - Building systems to track and automate statutory compliance. - Ensuring data integrity, ethical AI usage, and responsible automation. - Integrating AI tools into HRMS, LMS, and workforce management systems. - Developing early warning systems for workplace conflicts and dissatisfaction. - Deploying GenAI assistants to guide HR teams on IR processes and statutory actions. - Enabling automated case triaging and resolution workflows. - Working with HR, IR, Legal, and Business Leaders to institutionalize AI-driven decisions. - Training HR and IR teams on AI tools and analytics interpretation. - Supporting leadership during negotiations, audits, and restructuring. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in HR, IR, Data Science, CS, or related fields. - 5-12 years of experience in AI/ML, People Analytics, HR Tech, or Industrial Relations. - Experience with Python, NLP, MLflow, Power BI/Tableau, or HR analytics tools. - Understanding of grievance mechanisms, disciplinary actions, and labor laws. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience applying AI/ML in HR or IR functions. - Exposure to union negotiations and compliance management. - Experience implementing GenAI chatbots or HR automation. - HR Analytics or AI certifications.
