AI ML Lead

Role Overview: As an AI/ML Lead in the Banking domain, you will be responsible for driving AI initiatives and leveraging your expertise in Machine Learning, Data Science, and Banking to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business objectives. This role will require both technical and functional leadership to ensure that AI/ML models drive measurable business outcomes across various banking functions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a bridge between business and technology, aligning AI/ML projects with organizational goals. - Develop and drive an AI/ML roadmap that balances innovation with business priorities. - Work with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML models into business processes. - Lead the development and deployment of production-grade AI/ML models, ensuring scalability and compliance. - Develop a library of reusable AI/ML assets and establish best practices for AI/ML lifecycle management. - Implement AI governance frameworks to ensure ethical and regulatory compliance. - Mentor and develop a team of Data Scientists & ML Engineers, fostering a culture of innovation. - Promote a culture of experimentation and AI-driven innovation, staying ahead of industry trends. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics OR Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics. - Strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and working with large datasets. - Solid foundation in Statistical Analysis and AI/ML applications in Banking. Additional Details: The company is looking for a strategic AI/ML leader with expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Large Language Models (LLMs) and a proven track record of building, evaluating, and deploying ML models in production. Preferred skills include banking experience, knowledge of cloud-based AI/ML platforms, and familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. Soft skills such as excellent communication, flexibility, autonomy, and strong leadership are also highly valued.,
