AI ML Lead

Fulcrum Digital is seeking an AI/ML Lead to orchestrate strategic development and oversee a talented team of data scientists and ML engineers. As an AI/ML Lead, you will be responsible for effective communication with non-technical stakeholders, ethical decision-making, continuous learning, and driving innovation to align AI strategies with organizational objectives. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers, fostering their professional development and cultivating a collaborative and innovative team culture. You will oversee the end-to-end development of ML projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines, and coordinate with other teams for seamless integration of ML solutions. In this position, you will develop and communicate the AI/ML strategy, aligning it with business objectives, and identifying opportunities for innovation and the application of new technologies. You will design scalable, reliable, and maintainable ML solutions, make decisions on technology stacks, frameworks, and tools, and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and implications of AI/ML initiatives. As an AI/ML Lead, you will present findings, progress, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders, implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and ethical considerations of ML models, and stay abreast of the latest AI/ML advancements to assess their potential impact on the organization. Additionally, you will encourage and facilitate research activities within the team and collaborate with clients or external partners to understand their needs and ensure that AI/ML solutions are aligned with their business objectives.
