AI ML Lead

As an AI/ML Lead in the Banking domain, you will be responsible for driving AI initiatives that align with business objectives. Your role will involve both technical and functional leadership to ensure measurable business outcomes across various banking functions. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Development & Alignment:** - Act as a bridge between business and technology to align AI/ML projects with organizational goals. - Develop and drive an AI/ML roadmap that balances innovation with business priorities. - Translate complex AI capabilities into business-oriented solutions. - **Techno-Functional Expertise:** - Integrate AI/ML models into business processes by working with cross-functional teams. - Lead the development and deployment of production-grade AI/ML models with a focus on scalability and compliance. - Ensure high adoption and measurable impact in the Banking vertical. - **Reusable Frameworks & Best Practices:** - Develop a library of reusable AI/ML assets such as feature stores and model templates. - Establish best practices for AI/ML lifecycle management to ensure operational efficiency. - **AI Governance & Compliance:** - Implement AI governance frameworks for ethical and regulatory compliance. - Collaborate with risk, compliance, and security teams to align AI solutions with data privacy standards. - **Leadership & Collaboration:** - Mentor and develop a team of Data Scientists & ML Engineers to foster innovation. - Act as a key advisor on AI initiatives, guiding executive leadership on AI-driven transformations. - Ensure seamless collaboration across business functions to align AI solutions with priorities. - **Innovation & Experimentation:** - Promote a culture of experimentation and AI-driven innovation. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI technologies to drive continuous improvement. **Qualification Required:** - **Technical Skills:** - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, leading cross-functional projects. - Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) & Large Language Models (LLMs). - Proficiency in Python, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and the ML development lifecycle. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business insights for executive stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex AI/ML applications. - **Preferred Skills:** - Banking experience with knowledge of Credit Cards, Retail Banking products, and Regulatory requirements. - Experience in cloud-based AI/ML platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure. - Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools. - **Soft Skills:** - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders. - High flexibility, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Strong leadership in fostering an inclusive and innovative team environment. You will need a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree with 3+ years of experience in data analytics, strong hands-on experience in Python, SQL, and working with large datasets, and a solid foundation in Statistical Analysis and AI/ML applications in Banking.,
