We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to drive the core data digitization initiatives within our product suite. This role is crucial for converting unstructured clinical data into actionable insights, directly supporting our mission to provide value-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

OCR (Optical Character Recognition) of scanned healthcare documents (prescriptions, radiology reports, discharge summaries)
Information extraction: converting free-text or image-based text into structured digital format (e.g., patient name, test values, dates, diagnoses)
Voice-note transcription / speech-to-text conversion (e.g., doctors voice-notes, patient voice-inputs) and extracting meaningful entities/attributes from those transcripts
Engineer robust, high-performance pipelines in
Python
to handle the large-scale processing of textual and speech data.

Required Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor’s or master's in computer science / engineering / Data Science / Artificial Intelligence or equivalent.
Strong programming skills in
Python
and its associated ML/scientific libraries
Experience (or internship) in one or more of: OCR modelling, document-image processing, speech-to-text systems, information extraction from unstructured text
Good understanding of NLP and ML concepts: entity recognition, sequence models, classification/regression, model evaluation metrics
Ability to convert unstructured data (images, documents, audio) into structured digital formats.
