The role includes mentoring third- and fourth-year engineering students by helping them understand technical concepts and supporting them with their project work. In parallel, the candidate will work on Bridge Labzs in-house projects across various technologies to stay hands-on and up to date.
* Guide and mentor students during sessions and project work.
* Explain technical concepts clearly and simply.* Support students with problem-solving, coding tasks, and implementation.* Maintain discipline and engagement in the lab/classroom.* Work on in-house development projects across technologies.* Continuously upskill to align with tech and mentoring needs.* Provide regular progress updates to the Practice Head/Manager.
