Role & responsibilities

Senior AI / LLM Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Fine-tune, train, and deploy

  LLMs, SLMs, and VLMs

  using frameworks such as

  Hugging Face, PyTorch, and TensorFlow

  .
• Design and implement solutions using

  LLMs, embeddings, transformers, and vector databases

  (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
• Build and optimize

  agent-based AI systems

  , including

  prompt tuning, prompt chaining, and autonomous agent workflows

  .
• Develop and expose AI/ML services using

  Python and FastAPI

  .
• Work closely with

  Data Engineering and MLOps

  teams to ensure scalable, production-ready AI pipelines.
• Implement

  LLM evaluation techniques

  , performance benchmarking, and

  prompt guardrails

  for safety and reliability.
• Apply strong

  logical thinking

  to solve real-world, real-time AI problem statements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in

  AI/ML development

  , with strong focus on

  LLMs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  PyTorch or TensorFlow

  , along with

  Scikit-learn and Pandas

  .
• Strong understanding of

  embeddings, transformers, and vector databases

  .
• Experience in

  prompt engineering

  ,

  agent-based design patterns

• Proficiency in

  Python

  and building APIs using

  FastAPI

  .
• Exposure to

  Data Engineering concepts and MLOps practices

• Understanding of
