Education Requirements

• M.S. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field

We are looking for talented AI & Machine Learning Engineers to join our innovative team at CogniSure. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions that transform the insurance industry. You will work on building intelligent systems that process complex insurance data and provide actionable insights.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning models for insurance data processing
• Implement AI algorithms for document analysis and data extraction
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate ML solutions into existing platforms
• Optimize model performance and scalability
• Research and implement latest AI/ML techniques and technologies
• Build and maintain ML pipelines and infrastructure
• Conduct data analysis and feature engineering
• Monitor and maintain deployed models in production

Requirements

• Strong background in machine learning and artificial intelligence
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks
• Experience with natural language processing and computer vision
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Understanding of software engineering best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Experience

• Jr ML Engineer: 2 to 4 years in AI/ML development
• Sr ML Engineer: 5+ years in AI/ML development
