Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

We are seeking dynamic Sales & Partnership professionals to drive our business growth and establish strategic relationships in the insurance technology sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth through innovative insurance solutions.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies for insurance technology solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to address client needs
  • Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting
  • Represent company at industry events and conferences

Requirements

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in insurance or technology
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
  • Understanding of insurance industry trends and challenges
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Results-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Experience

  • Jr Sales: 2 to 4 years in B2B sales
  • Sr Sales: 5+ years in enterprise sales
