AI / Machine Learning Engineer

AI/ML Engineers are at the forefront of technological innovation, building systems that can learn and adapt. In this role, with 2–4 years of experience, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models that solve complex business problems. Your work will bridge the gap between data science and production systems, ensuring models perform effectively at scale.

A background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related disciplines is required. Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or C++, and familiarity with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is essential. Experience with cloud-based machine learning solutions (AWS SageMaker, Google AI Platform, Azure ML) is highly valued.

Responsibilities include working with large datasets, performing feature engineering, training and fine-tuning models, evaluating performance, and integrating models into business applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define use cases, ensure data quality, and monitor models post-deployment to maintain accuracy over time.

You should possess strong problem-solving skills, mathematical and statistical knowledge, and an ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or large language models (LLMs) is becoming increasingly valuable across industries.
