Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy robust AI/ML models for prediction, classification, recommendation, and optimization.
• Build and maintain high-performance REST APIs for AI models using

  FastAPI

  or

  Flask

  .
• Develop asynchronous, scalable APIs suitable for real-world production use.
• Apply

  Generative AI techniques

  —LLMs, transformers, diffusion models—to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Architect and orchestrate

  Agentic AI systems

  enabling autonomous reasoning and decision-making.
• Fine-tune, optimize, and customize

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  for domain-specific applications.
• Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows through close collaboration with product and engineering teams.
• Ensure secure, scalable deployments using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of proven experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and scientific libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Expertise with

  PyTorch

  or

  TensorFlow

  for model development.
• Deep understanding of

  Generative AI

  and modern LLM architectures (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with

  Agentic AI frameworks

  such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGPT, or CrewAI.
• Strong background in NLP, embeddings, and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Experience building and securing REST APIs using FastAPI/Flask.
• Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with

  prompt engineering

  , RAG pipelines, and advanced LLM fine-tuning.
• Track record of research, prototyping, or productionizing innovative AI systems.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and technical documentation.
