We’re looking for an AI Engineer / ML Developer who’s excited to work at the intersection of data, social intelligence, and automation. You’ll help design and deploy the models that make our platform truly intelligent.

What You’ll Do

• Build and optimize AI-powered recommendation and ranking systems for brand-creator discovery.
• Develop semantic similarity and vector search pipelines using tools like FAISS or Pinecone.
• Design and train anomaly detection and predictive models for real-world engagement data.
• Deploy machine learning APIs using Python + FastAPI and integrate them with production systems.
• Work with backend engineers to design scalable data pipelines and improve feature quality.
• Continuously monitor model performance and contribute to MLOps improvements (MLflow, Grafana, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with machine learning, NLP, or recommender systems.
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Experience with semantic embeddings (e.g., Sentence-BERT, OpenAI embeddings).
• Familiarity with API development and ML integration in production environments.
• A passion for applying AI to real business problems, especially in digital media, marketing, or creator ecosystems.
