Role Summary:

Build and deploy production-grade AI systems that power our intelligent ERP chatbot. You'll architect agentic workflows, optimize LLM performance, and create systems that map natural language to stored procedures without hardcoding.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Development

• Design and implement LLM-based agents using LangChain and LangGraph
• Build RAG pipelines with vector databases for semantic search
• Create robust prompt engineering strategies for complex ERP queries
• Fine-tune models for domain-specific tasks (ERP, accounting, inventory)
• Optimize inference performance with local LLMs (Ollama)
• Implement multi-agent systems and workflow orchestration.

Backend Development

• Design and optimize SQL queries and stored procedure interactions
• Integrate with PostgreSQL and SQL Server databases
• Build data processing pipelines for SP metadata extraction.

Required Technical Skills

Core AI/ML Skills

• LLM Orchestration:

  LangChain, LangGraph (hands-on production experience)

• Prompt Engineering, Vector Databases

• NLP:

  Text processing, entity extraction, intent classification, semantic similarity

• Local LLMs:

  Ollama, running and optimizing open-source models (Llama, Mistral)

• RAG Architecture:

  Context retrieval, hybrid search, re-ranking strategies
• Agentic AI and multi-agent systems, Production LLMOps and deployment
• Open-source LLM deployment and optimization

Backend & Database Skills

• Python:

  Expert level (3+ years), async/await, type hints, clean code

• SQL:

  Advanced queries, stored procedures, optimization, indexing

• PostgreSQL:

  Schema design, performance tuning, query optimization

• SQL Server:

  Experience with enterprise environments.

Agentic AI & Workflows

• Agent Design:

  ReAct agents, function calling, tool use

• LangGraph:

  State machines, multi-agent orchestration

• Memory Systems:

  Conversation context, short-term and long-term memory

• Error Handling:

  Retry logic, fallback strategies, guardrails.

Frontend (Nice to Have)

• Angular:

  Basic understanding, component integration

• TypeScript:

  Working knowledge

• REST APIs:

  Integration patterns, state management

DevOps (Good to Have)

• Docker containerization
• Git version control
• CI/CD pipelines
• Monitoring tools (LangSmith, Phoenix)

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field
• Certifications in AI/ML are a plus

Experience

• 2-3 years in AI/ML engineering or software development
• Proven track record of deploying LLM applications to production
• Experience with at least 2 LLM orchestration frameworks
• Built and deployed RAG systems or similar AI applications
• Strong Python coding skills with production code experience
