About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Time AI Engineer with hands-on experience in AI chatbot development, AI agents, and Agentic AI systems. The role involves building intelligent automation solutions for CRM, sales, and customer engagement platforms using modern AI models and Python.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Python
• Experience in AI Chatbot & AI Agent development
• Knowledge of Agentic AI workflows
• Familiarity with LLMs (OpenAI, Qwen, LLaMA, DeepSeek, etc.)
• Experience with API integration and backend services
• Understanding of prompt engineering and conversation design
• Basic knowledge of databases (MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AI chatbots and AI agents
• Build Agentic AI automation for CRM and business workflows
• Integrate AI models with backend APIs and external services
• Optimize chatbot accuracy, performance, and response quality
• Test, debug, and improve AI-driven systems
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and product teams
• Deploy and monitor AI solutions on cloud or local servers
• Document AI architectures, workflows, and technical implementations

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in CRM automation or SaaS products
• Knowledge of WhatsApp / SMS / Voice AI automation
• Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, vLLM
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
• Experience working with open-source LLMs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
