About the Role

AI Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy

  AI copilots

  in Microsoft Copilot Studio with focus on conversational flows, prompts, and user experience.
• Integrate copilots with

  Power Platform tools

  (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and

  external APIs

  for real-world functionality.
• Apply

  AI/ML concepts and generative AI techniques

  to build intelligent and context-aware copilots.
• Ensure copilots comply with

  enterprise standards, security, and governance

  policies.
• Conduct

  testing, monitoring, and iterative improvements

  for accuracy, reliability, and user adoption.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into effective AI solutions.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3–7 years

  of experience in Power Platform, Conversational AI, or Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in

  Copilot Studio

  – building, configuring, and deploying copilots.
• Strong understanding of

  integration

  with APIs and enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of

  AI/ML fundamentals, prompt engineering, and generative AI tools

  .
• Good problem-solving, communication, and user-centric design skills.
