AI Engineer

Job Title: AI Engineer (4+ Years Experience)
Location: Noida, India (Hybrid)

About the Role:
Constems-AI Systems is hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy deep learning and computer vision models for real-world VisionAI and RetailAI applications. You’ll work on advanced model design, optimisation, and integration into scalable production systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and fine-tune deep learning models for image/video analytics.
• Build and optimise training, validation, and inference pipelines.
• Deploy AI models using Docker, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Optimise models with TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for end-to-end integration.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML or applied research.
• Strong in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and computer vision.
• Experience with transformers (ViT, CLIP, DINOv2, SAM, etc.).
• Knowledge of model deployment and optimisation tools.
• Familiarity with MLOps and data pipelines.

Preferred:

• Distributed or multi-GPU training experience.
• Exposure to Hugging Face, OpenMMLab, or Ultralytics.
• Strong understanding of deep learning fundamentals.
