AI & Digital Strategy Consultant

As an AI & Digital Strategy Execution Consultant at Digitide, you will play a crucial role in driving high-impact initiatives to enhance business operations and drive growth. Your responsibilities will include: - **Go-to-Market Enablement:** - Supporting content and collateral development, including thought leadership pieces, website materials, video narratives, and demos. - Assisting in technology market analysts" activities to strengthen market positioning. - **Technology & AI Implementation:** - Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate, adopt, and implement AI frameworks, data-driven solutions, and proof-of-concepts (POCs). - Translating business problems into AI/ML use cases and working with technical teams to deliver impactful solutions. - **Stakeholder & Ecosystem Management:** - Managing relationships with key accounts and coordinating with ecosystem partners such as startups, analysts, and incubators. - Acting as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and external partners to ensure smooth collaboration. - **Program Execution & Coordination:** - Driving end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives related to AI Blueprints, Pilot Programs, and CXM/EXM. - Collaborating with Inside Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Innovation teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution. Qualifications & Experience: - 3-6 years of experience in consulting, strategy execution, or program management within technology, AI, or digital transformation. - Strong understanding of AI frameworks, data science, machine learning, and emerging tech applications. - Proven ability in stakeholder management, negotiation, and persuasive communication. - Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously with measurable outcomes. Skills & Competencies: - Strong execution mindset with the ability to manage both Direct and Indirect levers of growth. - Strong business analyst skills including requirement gathering, problem structuring, and insight generation. - Ability to craft clear, persuasive narratives for diverse audiences and influence senior stakeholders. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Comfort in working with data-driven insights and AI/ML concepts to frame solutions.
