Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute the enterprise Digital & AI roadmap in alignment with business and functional goals.
Manage digital and AI programs or workstreams from planning and coordination to delivery and issue resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure solution alignment and track project milestones.
Support governance, risk management, and reporting for ongoing digital programs.
Contribute to business case development and pilot evaluations for new digital and AI use cases.
Drive change management and user adoption through effective communication and training.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Stay updated on emerging digital and AI technologies relevant to healthcare and life sciences.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
4–8 years of experience managing digital transformation or AI/ML implementation programs.
Exposure to AI/ML tools, enterprise platforms, or data-driven project delivery.
Experience in pharma, healthcare, or other regulated industries is an advantage.
Strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, structured, and adaptable in managing multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
