AI & DevOPs Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled AI & DevOps Developer to design, deploy, and maintain scalable AI-driven applications using modern DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between machine learning development and cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliable, automated, and efficient deployment pipelines.

Key ResponsibilitiesAI / Machine Learning

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models.
• Integrate AI models into production systems and APIs.
• Monitor model performance, accuracy, and data drift.
• Optimize models for scalability, latency, and cost.
• Work with data scientists to productionize ML workflows (MLOps).

DevOps / Cloud

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI and application deployments.
• Automate infrastructure using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).
• Manage cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate using Kubernetes.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of deployed systems.
• Monitor systems using logging and observability tools.

Collaboration & Process

• Collaborate with engineering, data, and product teams.
• Implement best practices for version control, testing, and releases.
• Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
• Document systems, pipelines, and processes.

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory).
• Experience with ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Monitoring tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Knowledge of data pipelines and streaming tools.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with scalable AI systems in production.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML, DevOps, or related roles.
• Experience deploying AI models in real-world production environments is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
