AI Developer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement AI solutions that address real business challenges. Join our team to help build innovative, impactful technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI models and machine learning algorithms for business needs
• Work with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Train, test, and validate models using large datasets
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams
• Integrate AI solutions into existing applications
• Monitor model performance and improve accuracy/efficiency
• Ensure models are ethical, unbiased, and secure
• Stay updated with current AI trends and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with AI development and deployment
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP techniques
• Experience with workflow automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Knowledge of API integrations and process orchestration
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning
• Familiarity with reinforcement learning or generative AI models
• Knowledge of MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow)
• Experience deploying AI applications to production
