About the Role

We are looking for a passionate AI Developer (Python) to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems for real-world business use cases. You will work on machine learning, NLP, and data-driven automation solutions, taking models from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI/ML solutions using Python

Build, train, evaluate, and optimize machine learning models

Work with structured and unstructured datasets

Implement NLP, predictive analytics, or recommendation systems

Integrate AI models into backend applications using APIs

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy

Collaborate with backend, product, and business teams

Stay updated with the latest AI tools, frameworks, and research

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in AI / Machine Learning development

Strong proficiency in Python

Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms

Experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn

Knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning (one or more)

Experience handling large datasets and data pipelines

Strong understanding of statistics, probability, and linear algebra

Experience with API-based model deployment

Familiarity with Git and version control systems

Good to Have

Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or prompt engineering

Exposure to FastAPI or Flask for serving ML models

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, or CI/CD pipelines

Understanding of data visualization tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
