AI Developer (Mid–Senior Level)

AI Developer

What You'll do:

• Build, integrate, and maintain AI-driven features in our internal and client projects.
• Work with APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and similar platforms.
• Fine-tune and deploy models for tasks like text generation, summarization, classification, or image understanding.
• Collaborate with our design and front-end teams to bring AI into real user experiences.
• Build small prototypes, test ideas quickly, and turn the best ones into real products.
• Stay updated on new AI tools, frameworks, and practices that can make our work smarter and faster.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in software development, with at least 1–2 years working with AI or machine learning.
• Strong in

  Python

  (Flask/Django) and/or

  JavaScript/TypeScript

  (Node.js).
• Comfortable using

  OpenAI API

  ,

  LangChain

  ,

  Hugging Face

  , or similar frameworks.
• Basic understanding of model training, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Ability to work with front-end teams using React or similar frameworks.
• Good problem-solving skills and curiosity to explore new AI possibilities.

Nice to have:

• Experience building AI chatbots or assistants.
• Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or agent workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for model deployment.
