Position: Artificial Intelligence Developer

Role mission

Deliver artificial intelligence solutions that create real value covering large language models, machine learning, and process automation moving from prototype to stable production with clear, measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop machine learning and language models, including fine-tuning, evaluation, and monitoring.
• Build reproducible data pipelines with quality controls and privacy safeguards.
• Integrate models into services and applications with testing, version control, and observability.
• Define and track technical performance (for example, accuracy and latency) and business impact metrics.
• Partner with product, design, marketing, and operations to translate needs into measurable solutions.
• Document technical decisions and produce internal usage guides.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience applying artificial intelligence in production or client-facing environments, with demonstrable results.
• Strong command of Python and sound knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Practical experience in machine learning, deep learning, and large language models.
• Experience with major cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, or Microsoft Azure) and deployments using containers.
• Solid engineering practices: automated testing, version control, and code reviews.
• Clear and effective communication in English (written and spoken), with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and time zones.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with model security, bias reduction, and protection of personal data.
• Advanced evaluation of language models, agent frameworks, and tool orchestration.
• Observability and logging for models in production.
• Background in product design or close collaboration with business teams.
