About this opportunity:

Are you ready to be part of the next wave of digital transformation? We are looking for dynamic professionals with 2-5 years of experience who are passionate about leveraging AI, Automation, Business Analysis, and Generative AI to drive innovation and create real business impact.This role offers a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects at the intersection of technology, data, and strategy, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.

What you will do:

Lead or support initiatives involving AI/ML models, RPA, and Gen AI applications to solve real business problems.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements using structured analysis and process understanding.
Build data-driven insights and present them through reports, dashboards, and storytelling tools like Power BI.
Collaborate with product owners, business teams, and technical experts to deliver impactful digital solutions.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and proactively suggest improvements and innovation opportunities.
Communicate complex ideas effectively with stakeholders at all levels through clear documentation, presentations, and interpersonal engagement.

The skills you bring:

2-5 years of relevant experience in roles involving business analysis, AI/ML, automation, or digital transformation.
Good understanding of Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, LLMs), automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate), or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to work across teams and influence decisions.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery models is a plus
