Job Summary

The AI Automation Offerings Leader will oversee strategic leadership and program portfolio management within a hybrid work model. With 15 to 19 years of experience the candidate will drive initiatives that align with organizational goals ensuring efficient project execution and resource optimization. The role demands expertise in strategic planning and project management to enhance company performance and societal impact.

Responsibilities

Candidate should be able to assess business and identify strengths and core expertise build the practice long term vision for Automation Gen AI AI Services
Work towards building strategy for Application Services and adding new services business verticals for long term vision
Market understanding and should be able to assess market trends and competitors
Able to identify new market opportunities service offerings ideas
Assist in strategic planning and execution of business initiatives.
Have clarity of though and be able to position practice to next level of growth
Be able to work with decision makers
Identify threats and opportunities
