AI & Automation Intern (non Specialist)

AI & Automation Intern at WellM — build advanced n8n automations, prototype LLM agents, and work directly with the CTO in a fast-moving, AI-first startup.

About WellM

WellM is a small, agile team building AI-first products in the Holistic Wellness space. You’ll work closely with the CTO, get hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic workflows, and help ship prototypes that could become core features.

What You’ll Do

• Build & Manage Automations:

  Design, build, and maintain complex, multi-step automations using

  n8n

  .

• Prototype AI Agents:

  Develop agentic AI features (LLM agents, simple planners, tool integrations) and connect them to our n8n workflows.

• Run RAG Experiments:

  Build and test small RAG systems (chunking, embeddings, semantic search) to improve our AI's knowledge base.

• Connect & Demo:

  Integrate AI prototypes with a lightweight Flutter app or demo UI (with guidance).

• Document & Present:

  Write clear documentation, create reproducible notebooks, and present short demos of your work.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven n8n Experience:

  Demonstrable skill in building and managing complex automations in n8n. You should be comfortable with its core nodes, branching logic, and error handling.

• Python Proficiency:

  Comfortable coding in Python, especially for custom code nodes within n8n and for scripting AI experiments.

• AI Fundamentals:

  A solid understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face), embeddings, retrieval systems, and APIs.

• Self-Starter:

  You are motivated, curious, and love learning about new AI developments. You thrive in a small team and can work independently.

• Strong Communicator:

  You can explain technical concepts clearly and are willing to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in CS, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Some Flutter/Dart exposure is a plus but not required.
