Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving the integration of AI-powered workflows, process automation, and efficiency optimization across multiple departments at Jaipur Rugs. This role requires a blend of technology, creativity, and team collaboration to modernize traditional systems while maintaining the company's core craftsmanship values. Key Responsibilities: - Identify bottlenecks in department processes and develop AI-driven solutions. - Create automation tools and scripts to streamline manual, repetitive tasks. - Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI tools into existing systems. - Conduct AI training programs for departments like Design, CAD, QC, Sales, and Marketing. - Develop SOPs, documentation, and implementation guides for AI adoption. - Drive change management and encourage team proactiveness in embracing new technologies. - Establish data-driven KPI frameworks to measure efficiency and output. - Monitor ROI and report on performance improvements following AI integration. - Assist team leads with insights, dashboards, and decision-making tools. - Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to identify and solve problems. - Facilitate coordination between R&D, product, operations, design, and tech teams. - Ensure smooth execution of experiments, pilots, and workflow deployments.
