The Mission

As our first AI hire and a foundational member of the company, you will be the chief architect of the "brain" behind our entire platform. You will design the master blueprint for our interconnected AI systems and build the core intelligence that powers our insurmountable competitive advantage—the Data Flywheel. This isn't a role for incremental improvements; you will be making the foundational design decisions and building the sophisticated AI engines that will redefine an entire industry.

Who You Are

• A Visionary AI Systems Builder:

  You have 5+ years of experience designing, architecting, and deploying complex, production-grade machine learning systems from the ground up.

• An Expert in Modern AI Stacks:

  You have deep, practical expertise with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.). You live and breathe the modern NLP ecosystem.

• A Hands-On Architect:

  You are not just a theorist. You are proficient in Python and its ML ecosystem (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face) and are comfortable writing the code to bring your architectural vision to life on cloud platforms (preferably AWS).

• A Strategic, Systems-Level Thinker:

  You can zoom out to see the big picture and then zoom in to solve complex technical challenges. You think in terms of scalable, resilient, and elegant systems.

• A True Owner:
