As an AI Analytics Specialist at Tibarumal Gems & Jewels in Hyderabad, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and optimizing data analytics and automation solutions. Your role will involve utilizing AI-driven tools, reporting platforms, and traditional spreadsheets to deliver valuable insights, automate processes, and support data-driven strategies across various departments. Your responsibilities will include designing and constructing dashboards, reports, and analytics using tools such as Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, and advanced features of Excel. Leveraging AI-based analytics functionalities like Zoho AI Assistant - Zia, Excel Ideas, and Google Looker Studio, you will be expected to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data. Additionally, you will collect, organize, and interpret large volumes of data from diverse sources like CRM, ERP, marketing platforms, and customer feedback. Automation will be a key aspect of your role, as you will be required to automate repetitive tasks and reporting through macros, scripts, and AI-enhanced solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand analytics needs and provide tailored solutions will also be essential. Building predictive models and forecasts using available AI or predictive features, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports and dashboards, and delivering training and support on interpreting analytics insights to internal teams will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Zoho Analytics, and advanced functions of Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of AI-based reporting and predictive analytics tools, familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, and a solid understanding of data modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis are also essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, or Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data handling, and experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot.
