Collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand analytics needs and provide tailored solutions will also be essential. Building predictive models and forecasts using available AI or predictive features, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reports and dashboards, and delivering training and support on interpreting analytics insights to internal teams will be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields, along with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in analytics, data visualization, or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Zoho Analytics, and advanced functions of Microsoft Excel is required. Knowledge of AI-based reporting and predictive analytics tools, familiarity with BI tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau, and a solid understanding of data modeling, data mining, and statistical analysis are also essential. Preferred qualifications include certifications in Google Analytics, Zoho Analytics, or Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data handling, and experience with CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills, along with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations, will be beneficial in excelling in this role.
