We are a startup using AI and LLMs for Investment management. We are looking for a developer to build AI Agent systems. Looking for someone who has the following skills/experience AI Agent frameworks like Langgraph/Agno/PydanticAI/Autogen or Google A2A Must know how to use and build MCP servers and connect agents to the MCP servers Must know how to monitor Agent executions Must know how to use Agent Memory / Long running agents Must know how use RAG, Prompt Engineering as well as CoT prompting Must know how to use reasoning models / planning agents for task planning Bonus if you know how to train and use reasoning models.
