Market Linkage Coordinator (MLC) Key Responsibilities 1. Seed Booking & Placement - Collaborate with FPOs to promote and facilitate the booking - Ensure timely placement and delivery of seeds to farmers through FPO channels. 2. Agronomic Support & Demand Generation - Provide farmers with crop-specific agronomic advice throughout the crop cycle. - Promote Company's inputs and generate sales demand. 3. Market Linkage & Procurement - Coordinate with FPOs to arrange procurement at collection centers after harvest. - Conduct physical quality assessments of produce using field-level tools. - Facilitate sale of graded produce to off takers, ensuring fair pricing and timely payments. 4. Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with FPO leaders, local dealers, and buyers. - Organize farmer meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Number of seed bookings fulfilled - Sales volume of Bayer and non-Bayer inputs - Quantity of produce procured and sold - Farmer satisfaction and feedback - Growth in active FPO and farmer engagement Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Development, or related fields - Knowledge of maize cultivation, agri-inputs, and procurement practices - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Familiarity with digital tools for field data collection - Self-motivated and able to manage multiple stakeholders Salary would be around INR ~20-25K per month.
