AGM/Sr Manager -Plant HR - Uttar Pradesh

To manage and execute all Human Resource functions at the manufacturing plant, ensuring smooth employee relations, statutory compliance, recruitment, training, and efficient workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Conduct manpower planning and source candidates (Operators, Supervisors, Technicians, etc.).

Coordinate interviews, selection process, and onboarding of new employees.

Maintain employee database and documentation.

2. Employee Relations & Welfare

Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts at the plant level.

Promote positive industrial relations with workers and union representatives.

Organize employee welfare activities (medical camps, sports, festivals, etc.).

3. Training & Development

Conduct induction, safety, and skill development trainings.

Plan periodic refresher training on safety, compliance, and process improvements.

4. Performance Management

Support appraisal cycle implementation and employee development planning.

Maintain accurate performance records and suggest training programs based on gaps.

5. Payroll & Statutory Compliance

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

Handle PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance audits.

Prepare HR MIS reports regularly.

6. Attendance & Shift Management

Track daily attendance, leaves, and shift allocation.

Manage absenteeism and take corrective actions as necessary.

7. Safety & Labor Compliance

Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and labor laws.

Coordinate periodic internal audits and support external audits.

Maintain safety records and reports.
