Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare detailed project management and construction schedules for construction, restoration and refurbishment projects.
Should have good exposure in Civil Construction Project Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination, Control and Execution.
Responsible for conceptualizing the structural design plan for all projects and approving layout for the structures.
Responsible for ensuring the structural effectiveness of thedesigns for projects.
Review project designs, drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for constructability
Ensure adherence to Approved By structural design during execution in coordination with execution team.
Project Management & Supervision, Project monitoring with daily, weekly and monthly progress review meeting with all contractors.
Maintain liaison with management regarding project planning by conducting analyses and preparing reports.
Preparation of construction schedules in coordination with site execution/ planning team and tracking.
Visualizing any project cost overrun by any activity at site and taking the immediate corrective actions.
Travel to different sites for supervision.
To follow up on customer complaints as to take corrective and preventive actions.
To act in compliance with Company's value and quality policy.
To comply with all ISO 9001:2008 standards and striving for continual improvement.
Work on continuously improving systems, technology, communication practices, vendors/contractor search and empanelment practices etc. to ensure decreasing costs, highest quality and timely delivery for construction, purchase, & maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 8-10 years in a leadership role managing multiple projects/large project sites.
Should have good exposure in building construction.
