Job Description

1. Responsible for contributing to the attainment of the Companys Goals, Objectives, Business growth and Expansion by providing Strategic Financial models and develop necessary Financial policies and procedures to ensure sound Financial Management and Controls of the business.

2. Overall responsible for total management of Finance, Accounts, MIS.

3. Prepare and monitor monthly Budget & Cash Flow analysis of the Company

4. Financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, short term and long term borrowings, fund management, investments, project financing and disinvestments and development of strategic business models, identifying risks and deficiencies.

5. Forecast short term and long term financial needs of the company based on business plan and projects on hand, identify sources and mobilize funds at a low cost.

6. Arrangement of working capital, term loans and structured products for fund and non-fund based limits including LCs, FLCs and BGs.

7. Corporate Governance as per applicable laws in respect of financial discipline and ethics.

8. Knowledge in ERP systems for structuring the business process of the Company.

9. Ensuring that project cost and expenses shall be monitored closely in accordance with the contract value.

10. Ensure that expenditures are properly booked under respective project accounting heads.

11. Ensure that Purchase orders are made properly for all major materials.

12. Regular monitoring of budget vs actual and reporting of exceptions. Conducting variance analysis for the same for implementing corrective actions.

13. Verification and approval of all sub-contractors bills to ensure proper deduction of all statutory levies including advances & material recoveries.

14. Escalate for all priority issues to higher ups & provide effective solutions and implement them.

15. Ensuring timely finalization of accounts.

16. Co-ordination with staff (on site, off site & HO) for monthly closure of books of accounts to ensure proper accounting, to conduct ledger scrutiny, inter project reconciliation, necessary month end entries and trial balance.

17. Co-ordinating with the team for preparation of MIS reports and its review and analysis for meaningful reporting to management on monthly basis.

18. Verification and approval of all sub-contractors bills of all sites to ensure proper deduction of all statutory levies including advances & material recoveries.

19. Prepare and monitor monthly Budget & Cash Flow analysis of MPL.

20. Regular monitoring of budget vs actual and reporting of exceptions. Conducting variance analysis for the same for implementing corrective actions.

21. Suggest measures for cost reduction including admin. across sites & HO.

22. Co-ordinate with accounts, HR, purchase & ERP team to implement various modules such as TDS, HR, Fixed Assets, Inventory & such other accounting & finance modules as required in Focus ERP

23. Escalate for all priority issues to higher ups & provide effective solutions and implement them.

24. Involve in Finalization of Quarterly and Half Yearly accounts and co-ordinating with statutory/internal auditors

25. Coordination with sites regarding accounts and finalization of Annual accounts
