Ramraj Cotton, a renowned name in textile manufacturing, is looking for a seasoned HR leader to head Human Resources operations at our large-scale facility in Erode, Tamil Nadu.

This is your chance to lead HR for a 2500+ employee base in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Full-scope HR operations in a factory setup

✅ Statutory compliance – ESI, PF, Factories Act

✅ Manpower planning, training, and performance appraisal

✅ Industrial relations, grievance handling & welfare

✅ HRMS, SOP implementation, payroll coordination

✅ Contract labour management

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Tamil-speaking candidates with read/write/speak proficiency (mandatory)

✔ Strong in Tamil Nadu Labour Laws & factory IR

✔ Prior experience managing a 1000+ workforce in a manufacturing setup

✔ Preferably from textile/garment/manufacturing industries

✔ Native of Erode or nearby districts preferred
