Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve organizational targets Lead, mentor, and manage multiple sales teams or regional sales units Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand customer base Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards Drive customer satisfaction and handle escalated client issues effectively Participate in contract negotiations and deal closures Conduct competitor analysis and market trend assessments Skills Required (Separate List): Strategic sales planning and execution Leadership and team management Business development and client acquisition Negotiation and closing skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Data analysis and sales performance monitoring CRM and sales management software proficiency Market research and competitor analysis Budgeting and forecasting Problem-solving and decision-making Stakeholder relationship management Adaptability and resilience
