AGM/DGM-Leasing

As an AGM/DGM-Leasing at Bhutani Infra, you will play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing key corporate relationships and business tie-ups with IPCs and Local Property Consultants. With 10+ years of experience in Corporate/Retail Leasing, you will demonstrate strong business development activities through networking meets, industry seminars, and innovative sourcing ideas. Your responsibilities will include leveraging existing and new relationships with Corporates, with a focus on Tenant Representation. Your role will require expertise in mapping and managing office and retail space requirements, along with planning, organizing, and conducting site visits and corporate meetings. A strong understanding of legal documentation related to agreements such as leave and license agreement, LOI, MOU, and Lease Deeds will be essential. You will be expected to showcase excellent client and program management skills for lease transactions, coordinating with offshore and onshore teams, consultants, and clients, and ensuring successful closure of deals. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, capable of multitasking, experienced in handling clients, and willing to travel within NCR and North India. A graduate from a reputed college/university, preferably with an MBA or Post Graduate degree, you should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, negotiation, and financial skills. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required. Being a self-starter, confident, collaborative, and adaptable to change, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment, will be key to your success in this position.
