In this role, you will provide advisory services to enterprise clients and support solutions related to office and allied services. The ideal candidate has a history of high performance and the drive to build strong client relationships and secure new business. Roles and Responsibilities Client Advisory & Transaction Management: Implement real estate plans by understanding the client's strategic real estate goals. Assist with project initiation, scope definition, and prioritization of assignments. Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate the selection of field brokers and other required resources. Work closely with the firm's and/or clients Lease Administration, Project Management, Facility Management, and Finance/Accounting teams to ensure integration between service lines. Monitor and maintain a real estate project tracking system to ensure timely transaction completion. Prepare reports and presentations for relevant parties. Create MIS for local business development and track competition, supply, and market intelligence. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Adhere to all state real estate agency requirements . Ensure compliance with corporate policies related to identifying and mitigating potential conflicts of interest. Be responsible for the quality and data of overviews, RFPs, templates, and case studies for internal use and client presentations. Skills Strong tenacity and drive to seek new business and build client relationships with Executive Leadership. Proven ability to meet business revenue targets. A team player with experience in managing or working in teams. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical skills for financial and market analysis.
