AGM Training & Employee Relations

You will be responsible for managing the overall training and development function at a Pan India level. This includes leading the entire training team, utilizing various Learning & Development tools & technologies, and being an expert motivator and coach. You should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English. Additionally, you must be willing to travel extensively across locations all over India, work autonomously, and demonstrate excellent leadership skills. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the overall training and development function at a Pan India level - Lead and motivate the entire training team - Utilize various Learning & Development tools & technologies effectively Qualifications Required: - Graduate with a minimum of 18-20 years of relevant experience - NBFC/MFI experience preferred - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in Bengali, Hindi & English - Willingness to travel extensively across locations all over India - Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent leadership skills,
